Cancellation Policy for Web Development & Web Designing Services

Ashu Technically offers the following cancellation terms for web development and design services:

Cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of the initial payment or before any work has commenced.
No cancellations will be accepted after the project has started, and clients will be liable to pay for the work completed.
A 10% administrative fee may be deducted for cancellations made before the project begins, to cover initial consultation efforts.
For ongoing services, cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before renewal to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

We prioritize customer satisfaction and offer the following refund terms:

Partial refunds may be granted if the project is incomplete, based on the work completed.
No refunds will be provided after design approval or website delivery, as the work is custom-built.
Clients must raise any service-related concerns to the Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery.
Non-refundable services include domain registration, hosting, and third-party software purchased as part of the project.
